Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Delivery

• The goods will be delivered to the delivery address shown on your order form. Items ordered together may not be dispatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.
• Whilst we will try to deliver your order within 3-14 days, you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. Special order goods will be dispatched when made available to us. If you require any special delivery requirements you should call us on 02920310320 where we will advise you of availability and any additional costs.
• Whilst every effort is made to deliver the goods in accordance with the time scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of goods.

Cancellation and returns

• To return a product you must contact us within 28 days of the dispatch date. The product must still be in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. We will consider the overall condition of the product returned when making a refund.
• You are not entitled to cancel orders that are made to order or personalised. You are not entitled to return goods damaged after delivery. We will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
